insecure

before I begin posting,
I wanna let u all know that I have edited the posts beginning from Christmas post. (26th Dec)
don't worry, I didn't change the story.
I just edited some grammatical errors. xD
man.. after editing the posts, I have found myself tied in the grammatical knot over present tense and past tense again.
hey, I'm serious.
at the moment, I'm confused over the timing of present tense usage in past tense stories and vice versa. >.<
I hope I can find the solution as soon as possible. ^^

well, last Thursday I went back to Monash University again. xD
I had no idea why suddenly I felt so insecure on that day.
I was worried if there is deadline for admission to Monash Uni.
so, without wasting anymore time, I went there and applied.
in the end, yes my application was successful. ^^
so, now I just need to submit the original Ausmat cert and... my IELTS cert. =.=
once everything is settled, I will receive the offer letter from Monash Uni.

well, to be honest, I dislike the staffs there.
they are unfriendly and unhelpful.
because, when I reached the info center,
I waited for quite some time for any of the staffs to attend to me.
and.. the same staff who rejected my English attended to me. =.=
he looked frustrated.
just because we were meeting again for the 3rd time?? xD
then, I asked him whether it will be too late for me to apply there after receiving my IELTS cert on the 13th of February.
staff: can! no problem!
me: O.o ok..
~a moment of silence~
me: so.. I can make my payment for application fee now?
staff: can!
me: where do I have to go?
staff: *immediately points at the exit* there! just go out of that door and turn left to the finance department.
me: ok. thanks.
he: *leaves immediately*
me: ..........
so, I went to finance department.
but the staff there told me that I should hand in all the documents required before making my payment.
zzz alright.. it was expected but I thought I could make my payment first. lol
and I brought all the documents which I think are necessary anyway. xD
what got me a little annoyed was that the staff from info center didn't tell me anything about it!
all he did was just only answering all the questions I asked.
u know, 'I ask, u answer' and that's all.
there were no intentions of helping me by providing me some useful info or advices. >.<
that is why I said they are unhelpful.
so, I went back to info center again as I needed to know what exactly are the documents required.
to my surprise, I didn't see anyone there. =.=
luckily, there was a volunteer there.
she was very helpful.
she was patient to answer all my questions. (she didn't have a choice anyway xD)
she helped me to settle the procedure for application. (by verifying my certs, photostatting my ic etc.)
and the best part, she told me that I was exempted from paying the application fee.
because I studied in Sunway Uni College before. O.o
wow
I didn't know that.
and the staff I criticized earlier also didn't tell me about that. (babi tu..)
in the end, I went to PSO and handed all the documents I brought.
and my job was done in the end. X)

well, ever since I have known that she's going to Monash Uni,
my desire to study there is even greater. lol
what I can do now is.. working hard for IELTS! >.<
my progress for IELTS now..
hmm..
listening and reading are okay.
days ago I did the practice for both (with a little cheating xD) and the scores were satisfactory. ^^
just enough for band score 6.5 I think. LOL
speaking is ok.. I'm still trying to speak English fluently and with no mistakes.
as for writing.. I don't even know how to practice it.
what I do for practice is just reading sample essays from the net. =.=
I'm kinda worried now. >.<
