the end of IELTS

yesterday was the day to complete the remaining modules of my IELTS exam.
I saw many familiar faces.
they looked confident. O.o
man.. yesterday wasn't a good day.
I didn't feel confident after leaving the exam room.
it was so unexpected that we had to face three modules back to back.
there were no breaks in between.
OMG
so yea.. we had to stay focused throughout the exam.

firstly was my listening test.
I was very energetic of course.
everything went well until the final section. (there were 4 sections in total)
I couldn't concentrate somehow.
so.. goodbye to my last 4 questions.
also, in section 3. I wrote 'observation' as the answer but later I remembered I heard 'observations' >.<
so, I was confused whether to to write 'observation' or observations'
damn! that wasn't the only question. there were 3-4 more I think.
OMG.
but overall, it was okay.
shouldn't be a problem to get band score 6.5.

next was my reading test.
O.M.G.
so many YES/NO/NOT GIVEN questions.
I think I did quite okay for the first 2 sections.
the last section was a disaster.
it was about sand dunes!
I don't even know what are dunes. OMG.
so.. I had lots of troubles understanding the whole passage.
sigh~
there were 13 questions in total.
I hope I don't get more than half mistakes there.
overall, not really good.
I hope I get at most 10 mistakes for this component to secure my band score 6.5.

and the final part, writing test.
it was quite a nightmare.
I did my first essay very simply.
I didn't even bother check that essay for mistakes. (I didn't have time too)
I hope it will not turn out to be very bad.
and the second essay..
sigh~
I didn't write well.
my ideas were kinda terrible.
but I had to write them as I was running out of time.
moreover, I wrote the essay too long.
almost 380 words! >.<
the question stated a minimum of 250 words for the essay.
so actually we must write at about that length.
OMG.
so in overall.. essay was written too long, ideas were bad and quite many repeated sentences.
plus I didn't double check my first essay.
I don't think my writing deserves band 6.

sigh~ T.T
it was not a good ending for my IELTS exam after all.
anyway, the results will be out in 2 weeks time.
I hope the examiners will be lenient when marking my papers.
I just need band 6.5 for both reading and listening.
and band 6 for both writing and speaking.
I better start praying now. >.<
